PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ALONG WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN ITS ENTIRETY, CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BUSINESS THAT CONDITIONS YOUR USE OF THE SITES.

Age and Residency Requirements

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marriage Perfection, its affiliates, sponsors, contractors, service providers, consultants, directors, officers, employees, agents, and applicable third parties from suits, demands, claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your Site use, conduct, or failure to perform Terms and Conditions obligations.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Sites are registered and unregistered trademarks of Business and others. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to trademarks. Unauthorized use of any trademark may be a violation of federal and state trademark laws.
6. Copyright
This Site is protected by United States' and foreign copyright laws. Except for authorized informational, personal, non-commercial use, you may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the Site's design, layout, individual design sections, or Business logos without written permission.
7. Links to Third Party Sites
Marriage Perfection's Site may contain links to other parties' websites. The linked sites are not under the control of Business, and Business is not responsible for the content available on any other Internet sites linked to this Site. Links do not imply Business endorsement. When leaving the Site, Business terms and policies no longer apply.
8. No Deep Linking
You are authorized to visit and view Site pages for personal use only. You shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site except for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by us in writing. You agree not to deep-link to the Site unless specifically authorized in writing.
9. User Submissions
Certain Site areas enable submission of emails or feedback. Marriage Perfection operates as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Communications Decency Act Section 230. Although we prohibit certain activities, we do not control and take no responsibility or liability for any User Content. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

10. Feedback
All Feedback will, to the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws, automatically become our sole property. Using the Sites from mobile phones means your wireless or internet provider's standard rates apply. You agree to be responsible for any resulting fees.

The Sites are operated by Business from its offices in Idaho, United States of America. You agree that the laws of the state of Idaho, without reference to its choice of law rules, will govern these Terms and Conditions.

Business reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.
