The body's fight-or-flight mechanism affects bodily functions, and excessive or frequent stressors can wear down body and mind. With training in stress management and biofeedback techniques, I can show you healthy ways to cope with stress. The therapeutic approach includes practicing acceptance and self-care, examining repetitive patterns, and developing goal-setting strategies.
